CIRENCESTER restaurant Made By Bob is opening its doors for a special once a month evening of mystery dining.

The Michelin Bib Gourmand recognised restaurant is launching ‘Bob’s Secret Supper’ which will be on the second Friday of every month.

Made By Bob have teamed up with the Wilts and Glos Standard to offer one lucky reader the chance to win dinner for two at one of these special evenings.

The three course sharing menu will only be revealed on the night to the diners.

The first Secret Supper will take place on February 15.

Executive chef Bob Parkinson said: “My head chef Sam (Edwards) and second chef Jak (Doggett) came up with the idea and I love it.

“We don’t want it to be about pretentious dining, more about people coming to together to enjoy sharing plates of food.

“It will be great for couples, groups of friends or even colleagues, don’t worry it won’t be like the TV show - ‘I’m a Celebrity’, there will be no plates of grubs and worms, we want you to relax, have faith in our cooking and enjoy the evening. There will be an emphasis on seasonal and where possible locally sourced produce.”

To be in with a chance of winning dinner for two please email news@wiltsglosstandard by February 11 with the answer to this question: who is the executive chef at Made By Bob? Let us know your preferred dinner date.

To make a booking call 01285 641818 or email info@mbbbrasserie.co.uk.

The evenings will be £35 per person with a deposit asked for bookings of over six.

The dates for Bob’s Secret Supper are: February 15, March 15, April 12, May 17 and June 21.
