Former pupils of Marling School will be marking 100 years of their annual dinner in March.

Old Marlingtonians as they are known are gathering at the school on Saturday March 16 at 7pm for the centenary event.

All former pupils are welcome to attend and encouraged to join former school friends on the night.

Tim Cound, president of the Old Marlingtonian Association who attended the grammar from 1974 to 1982, said: “We have had pupils from the last nine decades attend the dinner and hope we will see another good turnout for the dinner in March.

"We are pleased to see all former pupils aged 19 to 90 plus!”

Tickets are on sale for £30 and can be purchased by email from amanda.oxberry@marling.gloucs.sch.uk
