A wanted thief who has a Criminal Behaviour Order has been arrested in Cirencester.
The man was found with a number of bottles of gin, as well as several toothbrushes yesterday, February 16.
Cotswolds Police thanked staff at Boots for alerting them to the presence of the thief.
It has now become apparent that he has a CBO order and has been charged with further offences.
A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Police said: "A male arrested yesterday, by Cirencester officers for Gin Theft was further arrested for Gin and meat theft within February.
"He has been charged with three thefts, two attempted thefts and six breaches of his Criminal Behaviour Order in Cirencester."
