An elderly driver had a lucky escape after flipping his car this evening.
The incident happened around 7pm on Bisley Old Road near Severn view primary school in Stroud.
It is thought that he was blinded by the sun causing him to crash into a parked car and flip his car onto its side.
Reports suggest police, ambulance and fire engine services attended the scene.
The man suffered no serious injuries and was taken to hospital as a precaution.
