Chipping Sodbury: 40 High Street, internal and external alterations to include installation of flat roof to existing first floor rear extension, installation of external first floor balustrade, installation of new doors and window and internal reconfiguration to facilitate conversion from bank to hotel; installation of flat roof to existing first floor rear extension, installation of first floor external balustrade and change of use from Bank (A2) to hotel (C1) as defined in Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended).

Coalpit Heath: Woodlands Farm, 103 Badminton Road, discharge of condition 4 (aboricultural report) attached to planning permission PT18/3510/F, conversion and extension of existing barn to form 1 no. dwelling and associated works.

Falfield: The Old Watermill, Mill Lane, non-material amendment to PT18/0783/F to change the roof materials from Roman clay tiles to natural slates; 7 Watermill Close, non-material amendment to planning permission PT18/4449/F to insert a first floor window in the northern elevation and change the approved render finish to brick on the front extension.
