Five people including a 17-year-old youth are alleged to have dealt cocaine and heroin in Stroud and Gloucester, a court heard yesterday (Fri).

The charges they face of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs relate to April of this year, Gloucester Crown Court was told.

Caleb Goggins, 18, of Hatherley Road, Gloucester; 18-year-old James Joyce of Hucclecote Road, Gloucester and a 17-year-old youth from Podsmead, Gloucester who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before His Honour Judge Timothy Rose at yesterday's hearing.

But Matthew Edrich, 44 of no fixed abode, and 31-year-old Sallie-Ann Lane of Target Close, Stroud, both failed to appear and warrants without bail were issued for their arrest.

The case was adjourned until June 7 when a trial date will be fixed.

The 17-year-old was remanded on bail into the care of the local authority and Goggins and Joyce were remanded in custody.
