A STROUD teenager is to stand trial at Gloucester Crown Court after denying possession of a stun gun and criminal cash.
Zak Jackson, 18, of Mason Road, pleaded guilty on Thursday to being in possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply on the February 12 last year but denied the possession of a stun gun and £575.96 which was allegedly the proceeds of crime.
Jackson submitted a basis of plea for the drug supply charge but that has not yet been accepted by the prosecution so a trial of issue may need to be held, the court was told.
His jury trial on the stun gun and criminal proceeds charges will be held on 14th October.
