Church bells rang out to celebrate 750 years of St Mary's Church, Meysey Hampton.

The church has been a place of worship since June 9, 1269, and is a fine example of 'small church decorated architecture'.

The church looked very festive for the occasion, decorated with bunting and flower arrangements.

There were displays of village history, art and craft exhibits and homemade produce was for sale.

Attention was drawn to interesting architectural features around the church.

Visitors enjoyed the delicious cakes and tea as they sat, chatted and soaked up the atmosphere.

There was a celebration service on Sunday led by Rev. Caroline Symcox followed by more coffee and cake.
