To an unknown person who so kindly informed Stroud District Council at Ebley Mill that I was building a small extension to my bungalow without permission.
If that person had checked with me or my professional builder that from the beginning, everything had been passed by building regulations at Stroud District Council it would have saved me the upset of receiving the letter from Stroud.
We have been inspected three times to date with another inspection booked for Monday, so everything has been done by the book.
I would also add that the small extension does not interfere with anyone and in fact cannot be seen from the front of the building by anyone, also I am just going ahead with the extension which my late husband and myself had previously discussed, sadly he died in April 2018 so will never see the result.
Yours faithfully
Mrs S Smith
