A Cirencester man has been charged with assault and theft.
A 35-year-old man from Upper Churnside was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of assault and theft.
He was charged later that evening with assaulting a man and a woman on June 9 at an address in Arnolds Way, Cirencester.
He was also charged with stealing a bottle of wine from the Co-op at Haresbush.
The man was bailed to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates on August 1.
