Cam and Dursley station
RAIL passengers were held for 50 minutes on a train just outside Cam and Dursley station this morning, after an incident on the line.
A spokesman for GWR said: "The 6.49am service from Worcester to Weymouth reported striking an object in the Cam and Dursley area at around 8.30am, causing some damage to the train.
"It continued towards Cam shortly before 9.20am.
"Customers on board are reminded of our delay repay compensation scheme and encouraged to get in touch."
