Cat found dead in 'suspicious incident'
A CAT has been found dead in Stroud in what police have described as a 'suspicious incident'.
The pet's owner believes that the 11-year-old cat was deliberately killed near her home on Target Close early yesterday morning.
A police spokeswoman said: "At around 8.15am yesterday, Wednesday, September 4, officers received a report that a dead cat had been found on Target Close in Stroud in what was believed to be a suspicious incident.
"Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting incident 70 of 4 September."
