A driver faces 11 points on their licence after being stopped in Bourton-on-the-Water yesterday.
They were spotted using a mobile phone while behind the wheel. When their car was stopped it was also found to have no tax or insurance.
Cotswold Police seized the vehicle and reported the driver for their offences.
