FIT-AGAIN captain Simon Francis believes a third straight Premier League victory for Cherries tomorrow afternoon would be "fantastic for our season".

Eddie Howe's men have won each of their past two top-flight fixtures 3-1, against Everton and Southampton.

In-form West Ham United are the visitors to Vitality Stadium tomorrow afternoon (3pm), with Cherries looking to clinch a third successive Premier League win since four victories on the spin straddling across the end of the 2017-18 and beginning of the 2018-19 campaigns.

Francis, who featured in a much-changed Cherries line-up that lost at Burton on Wednesday, told the Daily Echo: "The squad that were involved on Wednesday can't dwell on it (losing) because we have to go back in to train with the lads who didn't travel and get the focus right for Saturday because it's a huge game for us.

"Can we go and get three wins on the bounce? That would be fantastic for our season so far."

Asked if he feels some players missed an opportunity to impress against Burton, Francis added: "The manager said after the game, everyone wants to be in the team to play in the Premier League every week, but after tonight (Wednesday) it's hard for any player to stake a claim and I think he's absolutely right."
