A major road through a Cotswold town will close later this month to allow for carriageway resurfacing works.
The A429 High Street, Moreton-in-Marsh will close from Oxford Street to The Grange for approximately four nights excluding weekends between 7pm and 7am.
Works are expected to start on Wednesday, October 30 and end on Monday, November 4.
The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
The one way system currently in place along Station Road will be temporarily removed each night whilst the works are taking place and parking will be prohibited in order to allow access into and out of the station and surrounding properties via the A44 Oxford Street.
Extreme caution will be required by all road users in the vicinity.
