A STONEHOUSE man has been fined for shooting an air rifle from his flat.
Simon Russell, 33, of Aldergate Villa, pleaded guilty to three offences at Gloucestershire Magistrates Court on October 4.
The court heard how on July 7, Russell was at his flat in Aldergate Villa, when he 'fired missiles beyond the premises' with a BSA Lighting air rifle.
He also pleaded guilty to damaging a rear wing mirror to the value of £200, and for being in the possession of 2.75g of cannabis on the same day.
Russell was ordered to pay costs of £797.
