A Cotswold recycling centre has re-opened following a fire.
Fosse Cross Recycling Centre near Cirencester closed yesterday afternoon as a result of a fire in one of the waste bins.
A spokesman for Gloucestershire County Council said: "Our fire and rescue service are in attendance, the fire is contained and under control.
"The site will be re-opened to the public when it is safe to do so."
The recycling centre has re-opened this morning however standing water onsite means they cannot currently accept some materials including rubble, plasterboard, tyres or fridges.
Pyke Quarry near Horsley, is the nearest alternative site today.
