Cheltenham Magistrates Court
A MAN who drove under the influence of drugs has been banned from driving for 12 months.
Christopher McLaughlin, 37, of Hawthorn Rise, Cainscross, admitted driving in St Ann's Way, Gloucester on March 22 under the influence of cocaine.
On November 11, at Cheltenham Magistrates Court, he was banned from driving for a year.
The defendant was also fined £125 and ordered to pay £85 costs,plus a £30 victim's surcharge.
