A DRIVER has been banned from the roads after he was convicted of two driving offences.

Grant Clemens, 29, of Stockwells, Moreton-in-Marsh, was found guilty of driving without insurance and without a licence when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on November 20.

He was caught driving on the A429 High Street in Moreton on April 14 this year.

Clemens was banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay costs of £811.
