Ecotricity building up for sale
ECOTRICITY has put one of its office buildings in Stroud up for sale.
The building, Imperial House is located by Station Road, next to Stroud train station.
The Stroud based green energy company currently owns four buildings in the centre of Stroud – Unicorn House, Lion House, Imperial House and New Axiom House.
Imperial House is on the market for £575,000 with estate agents Hawkins and Wotton.
A spokesman for Ecotricity told the SNJ: "We are looking to refurbish the old tax office and bring that back into use in 2020 - relocating staff from Imperial House into a newly renovated building is part of the plan."
