POLICE have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to after reports that a man had previously threatened and harassed a female employee at Tesco Express in Stratford Road.
A spokesperson for Gloucestershire police said: "Police were called to Tesco Express on Stratford Road on the morning of Tuesday November 26 following reports that a man had previously threatened and harassed a female employee.
"It was reported that the employee had been followed and threatened on both Wednesday 13 and Thursday November 14.
"The employee was not physically hurt during the incident but was emotionally distressed due to the nature of the verbal harassment and the fact that the man is unknown to her.
"Officers have conducted a range of enquiries with both the shop and local residents but have been unable to identify the man and this is why they are now asking for the public’s help.
"Anyone who recognises the man or knows who he may be is asked to call 101 quoting quoting incident 159 of 26."
