A man was four-times the drink-drive limit when stopped by police in Stroud.
Mark Sadler, aka Mark Wilson, was caught on Mason Road on November 23 last year.
Sadler, 44, c/o Frithwood, Chalford, had 142 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
The same day he was found in possession of cocaine in Gloucester.
Sadler pleaded guilty at Cheltenham magistrates' court on January 3.
He has been banned from driving for 33 months and ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £140.
