THE new Five Valleys Market which is modelled on London’s famous Borough Market is due to launch in Stroud at the end of March.
It will be in the Five Valleys Shopping Centre and is planned to be open six days a week, with Sunday likely being the day it will be closed.
There will be around 20 market stalls which are being designed and installed by the company who worked on Borough Market.
Amanda Holmes from Dransfield Properties, which is developing the new-look shopping centre, said: “We have had a great response so far to our plans for a new indoor artisan market at Five Valleys and we’re looking forward to working with some great local producers here in Stroud.
"We’re also planning a great launch event when the market opens in March.”
Any artisans or traders interested in being considered for the market should contact Dionne Moore on dionne.moore@fivevalleysstroud.co.uk.
