TWO lime trees opposite St Lawrence Church, Stroud have been reduced today due to safety concerns.
Stroud Town Council carries out three-yearly safety inspections to ensure that there is no danger posed to the public.
A spokeswoman said: "As a result of that inspection arboricultural contractors have reduced the height of two limes."
