A Kemble driver who was caught over the drink-drive limit has been banned for 18 months.
Stephen Maughan, 57, of The Firs, admitted driving with excess alcohol when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on February 11.
He was stopped in his car on Top Farm, Kemble, on January 27 this year.
Maughan was found to have 67 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £237.
