A PSYCHOTHERAPIST will be holding a talk for adults at Bussage Primary School on how to support children in the face of the climate crisis.
Jo McAndrews has been running workshops and courses for the last 30 years.
As the ecological crisis becomes more widely discussed, Jo's talk will look at the ways to support children in building the resilience they need.
The talk will also discuss how to combat 'eco-anxiety' and how children can develop the emotional capacity to meet the ecological situation.
Jo will also look at the importance of nature based play for children, and she will share her ideas on current models of thinking to support a practical approach to working with children and more.
The talk takes place at Bussage Primary on Wednesday, March 4 at 6.30pm.
