DOMINIC Solanke insists every player "just needs to do their part" to help Cherries haul themselves out of relegation danger.

Defeat at Liverpool on Saturday left Cherries 18th in the Premier League table with just nine games to play.

Solanke came off the bench against his former club with 22 minutes to go at Anfield and has not started a league match since impressing in the 3-1 home win over Brighton in January, playing just 40 minutes in total in the five matches since.

Asked if it had been frustrating to be reduced to cameo roles in recent weeks, Solanke told the Daily Echo: "It’s just at that moment where we all need to focus on getting the wins and doing whatever we can for the team.

"I think everyone just needs to do their part."

He added: "I think over the last few weeks we’ve been building in performance and on Saturday we showed we were a goal threat again.

"We’ve got nine games left now so we just need to take the positives from each game and try and get results."

Cherries host Crystal Palace on Saturday (3pm).
