PERHAPS this is a truly Fitting biblical quotation “Do not be worried and upset,” Jesus told them.

“Believe in God and believe also in me. There are many rooms in my Father’s house.’’ John 14.

UNDER the current restrictions there are no public worships marriage or baptisms to be held in church and any funeral services can only be attended by immediate family only.

THE new Stargazy fish and chip shop opened its doors last week.

Business partners Kate and Neil decided to carry on and open the business as they felt it would be good for morale of the town.

They can offer a fantastic service with their free home delivery for senior residents of fish and chips for only £3, and available from 12noon - 2pm and 5pm until 9pm.

Kate said that she was proud of her team who will do everything they can to help the more vulnerable in our community at this time in need.”

Of course this will complement the other services on offer such as the Priory Inn’s Priory on wheels service.

Again a wide senior menu is available for home delivery for only £4.95 so whatever your taste or requirements there is something for everyone from pizza delivery to Sunday roast dinners for £5.95 to order or for further information please ring 01666 502251.

And also now you can order meat/veg and fruit boxes from them as well they deliver daily to the following areas, Tetbury, Nailsworth, Avening, Stroud, Dursley, Malmesbury and surrounding villages.

You can order a box with their non contact delivery by using the link https://www.orderfrom.co.uk/prioryinntetbury.

THERE has been much talk of ghost towns in the Cotswolds.

However there are still a few essential shops open in Tetbury.

Such as the Halls and Hobbes bakeries, the pharmacies, the grocer on Church Street, the Co-op, the Coventry building society, and a very limited post office opening service.

However please check if you are setting off deliberately, as in these uncertain times things are constantly changing.

Please check with the relevant websites or experience Tetbury Facebook.
