Wickes in Cirencester will reopen its doors tomorrow with strict new safety rules in place.

The national retailer already has six stores open and following the trial period the DIY company is now looking to reopen all its UK branches.

106 shops, including the Cirencester branch will be opening tomorrow, and the remaining 108 will be opening their doors on Tuesday, May 19.

The Cirencester store will be open from 8am to 5pm, and will follow new social distancing measures to ensure staff and customers are kept safe.

These include a limit on the number of customers who will be allowed in the store at a time, as well as safety markers on the floor.

Sanitising stations will also be available for customers to use.
