Residents have voiced their anger after trees in Miles Marling Field have been snapped in half.
The incident is believed to have taken place last night.
Numerous residents have voiced their frustration on Facebook.
One user wrote: "One was snapped a while back and then I noticed the ones that have been done this morning.
"What fun is it snapping little trees?"
Another said: "Disgusting behaviour, what is wrong with people."
A spokeswoman for Gloucestershire police said: "Gloucestershire Constabulary has received a report of anti-social behaviour and possible vandalism.
"Officers are investigating and anyone with information is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident 103 of May 26.
