TWO men have denied twice burgling a mansion on the outskirts of Tetbury on successive days last month.
At Gloucester Crown Court on Friday, Peter Fitzharris 41, of Redgrove Road, Cheltenham, Thomas Dulake, 28 of Millham Road, Bishops Cleeve and Sonny Walton, 24, of Moors Ave, Cheltenham, were all jointly charged with the burglary of the house on June 21, 2020, with intent to steal.
Both Fitzharris and Dulake pleaded not guilty to the charge and also denied an aggravated burglary at the property by entering as trespassers and stealing items of jewellery on June 22.
James McKenna, defending Sonny Walton, said his client would not be making his pleas at this stage because he wishes to mount a legal challenge the charges.
All three men were remanded in custody.
Both Fitzharris and Dulake will stand trial on December 7.
