THE annual Horsfall House sponsored walk will be going ahead in Minchinhampton next month as a socially distanced event.
Walkers will be able to take part in the ramble, which raises money for free respite care for the elderly on Sunday, September 13, from 9.30am.
The route will take walkers through areas not normally available to the general public, including Gatcombe Wood, which is owned by Princess Anne, who is the patron of Horsfall House, and Avening Court.
The full walk is a 10 mile circular route. There is also a shorter three to four mile route. Entry to the event is by voluntary donation and the suggested minimum donations are: individual £12, family £30, children 16 and under £6, dogs free.
Directions, maps, sponsorship forms and the walk pack can be downloaded via: horsfallhouse.co.uk/fundraising
