There must be something in the soil in Hawkesbury Upton near Chipping Sodbury.
These giant vegetables were grown by Annette Stone's greenfingered father.
Annette posted these pictures of her daughter Holly, 20, with some of the best of this year's crop on the Gloucestershire Camera Club Facebook page.
"This cabbage was grown by my father," said Annette.
"It is a Cornish giant cabbage and he planted it out in early March.
"It was due to go on display at the Malvern Autumn Show but it was cancelled due to the pandemic.
"Hawkesbury Upton soil is the best for growing vegetables.
"It should be Hawkesbury Upton's 135 year show tomorrow but like many events it has also been postponed.
"Lots of these vegetables would of been heading there to," added Annette.
Thanks to Annette for sharing these pictures.
