A 39-year-old man from Stroud has been banned from driving after he was charged with drink-driving.
Gary Biddiscombe, of Russell Street, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on August 27.
Magistrates heard how Biddiscombe drove on Slad Road, Stroud, when he was under the influence of alcohol on July 21.
Biddiscombe was found to have 58 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was banned from driving for 15 months and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £290.
