A NEW independent takeaway cafe has opened its doors in Stroud.
Located in the hight street, Loganberry is run by Janette who previously owned the Upper Locke Café in Wallbridge.
Janette permanently closed the doors of the Upper Lock in June following the lockdown but has now started her new enterprise at 26 High Street, opposite Cornflower and Calico.
Loganberry opened to the public for the first time yesterday.
Janette said: "It has been brilliant so far.
“This is a really nice part of town and all the traders here are really nice and supportive.”
As well as mouth-watering cakes, Loganberry offers sausage rolls, vegan and gluten free soups, vegan cakes, carrot and chocolate cake, as well as coffee, hot drinks and much more all available in recyclable containers.
