A STROUD pharmacy is set to close in December.
The chain of chemists, Lloyds Pharmacy, is set to close their Locking Hill branch, off Slad Road, on Friday, December 11.
Lloyds notified regular users of the branch of the closure in a letter.
In the letter they advised that in the future customers could have their prescriptions dispensed by the Rowcroft Pharmacy Lloyds branch, which will be the nearest branch once the Locking Hill site closes down. They also noted that customers would be able to have their prescriptions delivered free, via the Lloyds Echo service.
