ALL aboard the Chalford bus!
The 421 bus service, pictured here, ran from Chalford to Stroud, then on to Stonehouse and back every 20 minutes.
It also used to go to Stroud Boys Tech school in the mid 60s
And who remembers the Gorge Cafe in Stroud?
It looks like a wonderful place to pop in for a cuppa.
Before Stroud's museum moved to Stratford Park, it was based in Lansdown and was called simply 'Stroud Museum'.
Angus Townley took this photo of the dinosaur there in 1976.
The picture is from the first roll of film he put in his first camera.
Many thanks to Stroud Area Photos & Cotswold Picture Postcards Facebook page for this week’s photos.
