Mercedes towed away
Dursley neighbourhood police team seized a number of vehicles last night that were not road legal.
Officers first stopped and seized a Mercedes registered in France.
In a tweet the police said: "It has been being used around town for over a year with its driver WAY overdue registering it here and paying some UK road tax. Sacre bleu!"
The team then went on to discover found four untaxed or uninsured UK registered vehicles on a road in the Highfields area.
All of the vehicles were seized.
