A man has been arrested on suspicion of assault after a wanted appeal was issued for him yesterday, Monday 23 November.
Gloucestershire Constabulary had appealed for information from the public in order to try and locate 39-year-old Nathan Watts as officers wanted to speak to him in connection with a serious assault on Friday 20 November.
He was arrested a few hours following the public appeal and remains in police custody this morning, Tuesday 24 November.
Police would like to thank the public and media for their help in sharing the appeal.
