A FIVE-storey former flour mill in Stroud could be given a new lease of life after being placed at auction.
The 19th Century Kimmins Mill, located in the Sainsbury's car park at Dudbridge, is among the lots in an auction by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson Auctioneers.
The building was most recently used as the Stroud Mills Heritage Centre.
It has a freehold guide price of £100,000 to £125,000 in the online sale.
Auction appraiser Katie Semmens said: “This substantial former flour mill provides spacious, open-plan accommodation over five floors and offers potential for a number of uses, subject to the necessary consents.
“Clearly some form of residential development could be among the ways to breathe new life into this well-known building, subject to the necessary consents.”
The online auction ends on Wednesday December 16.
