STAFF at Thistledown Cafe in Nympsfield are refusing to let the third lockdown give them the blues - that's why they took this fun picture to let people know they're still open for take-aways.

As part of the new lockdown restrictions, pubs, restaurants and cafes have had to close during the third lockdown, but restaurants are able to continue to offer delivery or takeaway.

Thistledown Cafe, which is situated on Thistledown Farm, near Forest Green, is offering takeaway drinks and snacks, plus special takeaway Indian food nights.

Located in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Thistledown is a family run farm which has been managed organically since 1994.

Ryan Kelly, co-owner of the cafe, said: “We are running takeaway Indian nights and offering takeaway drinks, cakes and hot snacks, with vegan options as ever, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, which can be combined with a walk around the farm and collection of local organic Woefuldane milk, Salt Bakehouse bread, Sherston eggs and so on.”
