Cheltenham magistrates court
A Stonehouse man has been given a suspended sentence after assaulting two people.
Luke Smith, 34, was intoxicated with alcohol and drugs when carried out the assaults on September 24 last year.
Smith, of Pheasant Mead, also pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and damaging a door.
On January 19 Cheltenham magistrates handed Smith a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months.
