Live wrestling will return to Stroud next weekend.
South West Wrestling (SWW) are holding Ballroom Blitz at the Subscription Rooms on Sunday.
The show promises to feature some of the best wrestling talent in the UK and Europe.
SWW will crown their firstWarrior's Champion when 6ft powerhouse L A Taylor takes on the 28 stone fan favourite Dominita.
Appearing alongside L A Taylor will be The House, the tyrannical faction spearheaded by SWW promoter and World Of Sport wrestling legend Peter Bainbridge, followed in toe by his baseball bat wielding henchman Kneecaper Murphy, and also The Bristol Born scheming enforcers, Chris "Hot Shot" Adams and Chris Bronson.
Tag Team action is also on the card as SWW favourites The Boyz (The Rev. Flynn Burden & Buzzsaw Bronson) take on the debuting CW Davies and Brett Semtex.
The show will also feature the debut of one of England’s most prolific up and coming wrestlers, Ricky Knight Jr!
RKR is a part of the prestigious Knight wrestling family as featured on Channel 4's documentary The Wrestlers: Fighting With My Family. He steps into the ring against Charlie Sterling.
You will also see a grudge settled when The English Lion Eddie Ryan battles with JD Knight.
The night will also see the crowning of a new SWW Heavyweight Champion when The Sheikh El Sham steps into the squared circle against two opponents in a gruelling Three Way Dance. The Sheikh will share the ring with the King of Beasts Big Jim Diehard and the wiley strategist Grayson Reeves.
