100 Vegan burgers will be given away for free in Stroud High Street in order to promote veganism.
Organisers will be making vegan burgers and giving them out to whoever wants one, first come first served.
The event is taking place between 11am and 2pm on Saturday, December 11.
"We will be demonstrating how delicious vegan burgers are and that we don’t need to eat animals," said David Michael, one of the organisers.
"We will also give out vegan leaflets with web sites. They will show how easy it is to become vegan and how unnecessary animal agriculture is."
"We will also be giving out links to Veganuary with great recipes and tons of advice and help."
Veganuary is an annual challenge which promotes and educates people about veganism during January.
