A Stroud man has been hit with a hefty fine after failing to provide information to the police.
Paul Cook, of London Road, Thrupp, failed to give information to South Wales Police relating to the identification of a driver of a Kia who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
The incident took place on July 15.
At Cardiff Magistrates' Court on Thursday, November 25 the 54-year-old was fine £660 and given six penalty points on his driving licence.
The case was proved by a single justice procedure.
Cook was also ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £90.
