An ELDERLY resident discovered two men inside his home who had entered without permission.
The two men stated they had come to the address to conduct some work but left rapidly when they were challenged.
Local police officers attended a report of suspicious activity at an address in Draycott, Cam this morning.
The enquiry is at an early stage but the initial description of the men is that both were white and wearing high-viz jackets, one of which was green and the other orange.
They left Draycott in a black vehicle heading towards Dursley.
Our concern is that they may try to talk their way into other addresses in the area.
If you see men acting suspicious matching the description in the Dursley and Cam area, or if they attend your property please contact the police.
You can call 999 if you believe a crime is in progress or call 101 or the police's online form quoting the incident number 127 of 21 January: https://www.gloucestershire.police.uk/.../tell-us-about...
