Five Valleys Stroud will be bringing five-star cuisine to its visitors as the centre launches its new monthly menu this week.

The monthly menu will be handed out in the Five Valleys indoor market and will detail how to make simple yet impactful three course meals using core ingredients from the centre’s local traders.

The monthly menu will kick off with pan seared scallops, baked lamb chops with a rose harissa drizzle and rum baba for dessert.

Molly Wise, Five Valleys market and events manager said: “We want to show people all the delicious food you can make when you shop locally.

“Every core element of the menu will be specially created by our amazing independent market traders.

"From fresh-picked veg and locally sourced meat to perfectly paired wines and tasty desserts, we can’t wait to see customers trying out the recipes.”

Independent traders within the indoor market include: Armadeli, Waghornes Butchers, Pershores Seafood, Non Solo Pasta, The Vine Shop, and many more.

Molly added: “The next few months will be carefully curated around seasonal produce to create tantalisingly tasteful dishes that can be easily created at home and paired with a complementing wine so you can really impress your dinner guests.”
