Cocaine and thousands of pounds in cash were seized when police raided a property in Stonehouse yesterday morning. 

A 23-year-old man from Stroud was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and is in police custody.

Police recovered cocaine with an estimated street value of around £4,000 plus approximately £5,000 in cash.

Last week, officers searched a vehicle which they believed was linked to criminal activity and found drugs inside.

The vehicle was subsequently linked to the address in Stonehouse.

Police are asking for anyone who suspects drug dealing or suspicious activity is taking place to report this to either Crimestoppers anonymously or police.
