THE FATHER and son team behind Pershore Seafood have extended their lease at Five Valleys Indoor Market following strong growth at the centre over the past two years.

David Witts, owner of Pershore Seafood, prides himself and his team on being the experts in everything fish in Stroud.

From sustainably sourced fish to fresh lobster taken straight from their in-house tank and beautifully pre-prepared crab to hard-to-find saltwater varieties, all of their produce is direct from coast to customer.

With the cost of living rising, Pershore’s take great effort in offering customers as little or as much as required making it easy for families who are shopping on a budget or simply looking to reduce their food wastage.

The team at Pershore Seafood also practice zero waste techniques by using all parts of the fish possible, providing fish stock to customers who require it.

David said: “Thanks to our loyal customers we have been able to keep going through the pandemic.

"Extending our lease means we can continue doing what we do best, supplying high quality fish to the people of Stroud.”

Customers can expect to find a well-stocked and competitively priced range of seafood Tuesday to Saturday at the market including cod, haddock, salmon, shellfish and even oysters.

Jessica Derham, centre manager for Five Valleys, said: “Pershore Seafood are an integral part of the fresh produce offer here alongside our quality butcher, artisan baker, delicatessen and newly opened greengrocer.

“They have developed a strong customer base and I am happy to see them continue to thrive at our centre.”

The Five Valleys Indoor Market is also home to a range of street food vendors boasting flavours from around the world seven days a week and opening late on Fridays.
