STROUD MP Siobhan Baillie has named her new born child.
On the weekend Ms Baillie registered the birth of her daughter at Stroud Register Office.
On a social media post it was announced that Siobhan's second child - born on July 1 - will be called Tilly.
She gave birth to her first child, Gigi, in May 2020.
